We have access to a RTI response from IIM Kozhikode.
It is an incredible repository of rich data. One must congratulate IIM Kozhikode Admission office for following the RTI Act 2005 and answering every query that the applicant had put forward. The only aspect which hasn’t been mentioned is the Mean figure. Stats are available for both the batches currently at IIM Kozhikode.
Important Note
The stats below are only indicative and there is no way you can base your chances of getting into IIM Kozhikode in the future solely on the stats below. For e.g. the biggest change which has been made has been the introduction of sectional cutoffs from this year. So if a similar query if posted next year, the minimum sectional percentile for general category will be above 80 only.
Some conclusions :
1) IIM K calls candidates for GD-PI in the ratio of approx 1: 10
2) Minimum sectional percentiles dipped in a big way for the most recent batch (Class of 2015)
3) Overall CAT Percentile of 85 has been enough to get final admission at IIM K for General Category Students.
